Born in Japan to a Slovak father and Japanese mother, Simon has been playing competitive tennis since age 7. Based in Saitama Prefecture, he competes across the Japanese junior tennis circuit — from prefectural tournaments through Kanto regional events to ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors.
A right-hander with a distinctive one-handed backhand, Simon is known for his competitive spirit and consistent improvement. He has risen from unranked to Top 32 in the Kanto U18 rankings, earning titles, finals, and quarterfinal appearances at every level.
Simon trains at Niiza Lawn Tennis Club and is looking to continue his tennis career at the university level in the United States or Japan beginning Fall 2027.
Simon is seeking opportunities to play collegiate tennis at the D1, D2, or D3 level in the United States, or at a strong university program in Japan, starting Fall 2027.
